Hemali Patel, Pharm D.

President and Co-founder of WELLHealth, Inc.

Dr. Hemali Patel is President and co-founder of WELLHealth, Inc. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Georgia and has completed an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency at Shands/UF Jacksonville. Her background is in critical care pharmacy and hospital pharmacy. She has worked in hospital and community pharmacy settings and has experience with medication error prevention and patient education.

Rakesh Patel, R.Ph, MBA
Dir of Pharmacy and Co-founder of WELLHealth, Inc.

Rakesh Patel is Director of Pharmacy, and co-founder of WELLHealth, Inc. He holds a BS Degree in Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and an MBA with an emphasis in healthcare. Rakesh is also recognized by the Florida Board of Pharmacy as a licensed Consultant Pharmacist. He has experience as a Senior Consultant Pharmacist for a global health technology firm and has been a Regional Consultant Pharmacist Manager for a long-term care pharmacy. He has extensive experience in the long-term care setting providing medication reviews for our nation’s seniors. He has also worked in the retail community setting providing patient education and counseling.

Amy Capitano, CPhT

Pharmacy Tech

Amy is a life long resident of Jacksonville. She has worked in many aspects of healthcare including not only retail pharmacy but also medical equipment, long term care pharmacy, and auditing.  As a pharmacy technician at WELLHealth Rx, Amy enjoys the personal attention that can be given to each and every patient and customer. 

Tiffany Dacus, CPhT

Pharmacy Tech

Tiffany is a newcomer to Jacksonville. She is from California and has previously worked in pharmacies specializing in infertility and aids medications.  As a pharmacy technician at WELLHealth Rx, Tiffany enjoys working and creating medications in the compounding lab. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her son.







Ginger Blackmon, Pharm D.

Staff Pharmacist

Dr. Ginger Blackmon is a staff Pharmacist at WELLHealth Rx. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her background is in retail community pharmacy with experience in patient education and counseling. She has an interest in nutritional supplements. She resides in Jacksonville Beach with her husband and Chihuahua Haans.

Elizabeth Colley

Pharmacy Intern





Elizabeth is working toward her Pharm D. from University of Florida College of Pharmacy.  She has a background in compounding as a technician and looks forward to providing care as a pharmacist when she graduates in 2014.  Elizabeth became interested in compounding because of the customization and patient centered care that compounding provides.

Shelley Nemethy

Pharmacy Educator

Shelley joined WELLHealth Rx in October of 2010. Prior to working at WELLHealth Rx, she taught for many years as an Elementary School Educator. Using her skills as a teacher has allowed her to transition into the role of Pharmacy Educator and be a voice in the medical community for WELLHealth Rx. She educates physicians and consumers about what a compounding pharmacy is and how we can help in the area of patient care and problem solving. Shelley resides near the beach in St. Augustine with her husband and two children.
